Introduction to Kiiko Matsumoto’s Hara Diagnosis and treatment strategies

Oregon College of Oriental Medicine 75 NW Couch, Portland, OR

part one: January 25-26, 2020

Presenter Monika Kobylecka, L.Ac.

Prerequisites: None

In this small, hands- on seminar you’ll get an overview of Kiiko Matsumoto Style Acupuncture. This is a singular opportunity to receive one-on-one coaching from Kiiko sensei’s teaching assistant and protege, Monika Kobylecka.

This class is simply the quickest and most direct way to learn the practical skills you need to apply Kiiko’s revolutionary system of palpation diagnosis.

“Hara diagnosis part I” may be attended as a stand-alone seminar, or as the first -- and most important -- seminar in the 150 hour Certificate Course in Matsumoto/Nagano Style Acupuncture.

Learn the five essential steps to apply Kiiko’s amazing treatment strategies:

1. Find and use "live points"- precise locations that produce immediate effects.

2. Confirm your diagnosis with abdominal palpation.

3. Use Fire points to uncover and treat patterns of pain and inflammation.

4. Resolve traumatic stress patterns by balancing the autonomic nervous system.

5. Select the most effective points for thyroid, auto-immune, and neurological conditions

"I was completely blown away and grateful with Monika’s ability to convey Kiiko's techniques in a way that allowed for comprehension and application simultaneously..." Patricia Heraghty, L.Ac. New Fairfield, CT.

"My initial exposure to Kiiko was incredible and overwhelming at the same time. I am so glad that I have had the opportunity to study with Monika for this reason. Monika is meticulously organized and prepared for her presentations. She has a down-to-earth, step-by-step approach that describes how to understand the theory and practice of this incredible style of acupuncture. Truly a life changing experience."
