During this small, how-to workshop you will learn Kiiko's Matsumoto's treatments for:

• Hormonally related headaches
• Fertility

Kiiko's treatments for reproductive conditions are rooted in a deep appreciation of the Han Dynasty classics. Chapter 33 of the Su Wen describes a special vessel associated with the uterus and its relationship with the Heart. Kiiko's GYN treatments, therefore, include a special focus on strengthening the Heart, especially its role in protecting the Shen and controlling the blood vessels. 

Many of the ideas and protocols taught in this class--the importance of Kidney Water (or the "Tenth Stem"), the diagnostic use of the Fire points, Hara diagnosis and the Three Tan Tian, the integration of bio-scientific insights--are fundamental to Kiiko's style of acupuncture.
