Dr. Nicole Noceto, L.Ac., DACM

Nicole is a Licensed Acupuncturist in Oregon and maintains national board certification through NCCAOM. She obtained her Master’s and Doctorate degrees from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco. Since originally obtaining licensure in California in 2019, Nicole has worked in private practice, community clinics, and developed acupuncture programs for residential treatment and outpatient recovery settings. Since moving to Eugene in 2021, she has remained focused on nurturing a small group practice as the owner of Turning Point Center. Nicole also serves as a Board Member for the Oregon Association of Acupuncturists.

Nicole supports patients of all ages with a wide variety of internal medicine and musculoskeletal complaints. Her particular clinical interests include gynecology, digestive support, mental-emotional health, and pediatrics. She continues to pursue postgraduate training in Kiiko Matsumoto Style — a well-known form of Japanese acupuncture, best known for its thorough diagnostic palpation, gentle needling technique, and frequent use of moxibustion.

Nicole loves how this style of medicine empowers patients to understand themselves better, and take part in their own healing, to the degree in which they’re able. With an academic background in environmental science, Nicole appreciates the relationship between sustainability and holistic health, and recognizes East Asian medicine to be a beautiful representation of this connection.
