We bill most major insurance companies, including MVA claims. We do not bill Kaiser or UHC. As a courtesy to our patients, our staff will check on benefit eligibility, but ultimately, it is the patient’s responsibility to verify their insurance coverage. We do our absolute best to find out accurate information before the first visit so that there are no surprises! It is the patient’s responsibility to keep our staff informed of any changes to insurance information.

• Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon - Nicole, Linda, & Marco.

• PacificSource Health Plans - Nicole, Linda, & Marco.

• Moda - Nicole, Linda, & Marco.

• Veteran’s Affairs - Nicole & Linda only.

• Oregon Health Plan (Trillium only. No OpenCard.) - Nicole, Linda, & Marco.

*If you don’t have insurance coverage for our services, or if you use up your billable visits, we offer discounted time-of-service rates for both acupuncture and massage.
